By accessing myamino.shop or placing an order through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to any order you place.

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution. By placing an order you confirm that both apply to you.

All products sold on myamino are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not medicines, supplements, food, or cosmetics, and they are not approved for human or veterinary use.

• Products must never be administered to humans or animals.
• Products must be handled only by trained personnel in a suitable laboratory setting.
• Nothing on this site is medical advice. We do not provide dosing, treatment, or health guidance of any kind.

Before checkout is completed you are asked to confirm your researcher status. Orders are accepted on the basis of that confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion, if we believe it is not for genuine research use or violates these terms.

Products, prices, sale prices, and stock availability shown in the catalog are taken from our live shop system and may change without notice. All compounds are sold as supplied; labeling, purity data, and certificates of analysis are provided with your order where applicable.

Prices are shown in euros for the EU region and converted to dollars for the US region; you can switch regions in the basket, and prices adjust automatically. Quantity discounts apply automatically across all units in your basket: 5% for 2 units and 7.5% for 3 or more units, including mixed products.

When you check out, a pending order is created and you are redirected to our payment page to pay. Ownership of payment processing details sits with the payment provider; we never see or store your card details. An order is only fulfilled once payment has been received.

We ship to the EU and the US only. Orders are dispatched within 0–2 business days. See our shipping information page for details.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. For research integrity reasons, opened products cannot be returned. See our returns & refunds page for details.

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or extract data other than through its normal pages.
• Do not place orders using false researcher information or on behalf of a person who is not eligible.
• Do not resell products as consumer goods or represent them as fit for human use.

Products are supplied for research use only, and the buyer assumes full responsibility for their handling, storage, and use once delivered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, myamino is not liable for any misuse of products, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

These terms, together with our privacy policy, disclaimer, and research use information, form the agreement between you and myamino for every order. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
