Shipping information

We currently sell and ship to the EU and the US only. You can set your region in the basket, and prices are shown in euros for the EU and dollars for the US.

Orders are dispatched within 0–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery details are handled by the carrier for your destination.

Free 2-day delivery applies to Research Panels and volume orders. For all other orders, delivery time depends on your destination and the option selected at checkout.

Compounds are sealed and labeled with the compound name and batch number, so every order can be matched to its certificate of analysis.

If an item arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
