Privacy policy

Only what is needed to process research orders and respond to enquiries: your contact details, order details, and the researcher confirmation you give at checkout. We do not collect anything beyond what the order requires.

Checkout redirects you to our payment provider to complete payment. Your card details are handled entirely by the payment provider — we never see or store them.

We use your information to:

• Create, fulfil, and track your orders.
• Send you order and delivery updates.
• Handle returns, refunds, and COA requests.
• Meet our obligations for research-use verification.

We store your region preference (EU or US) in your browser so prices stay consistent between visits. No accounts are used on this site, so no login data is stored.

Your information is shared only with the services required to run the store — our shop system, payment provider, and carrier. We do not sell personal information.

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time. Contact us through the contact page and we will take care of it.
